Ride along a dry riverbed of white sand toward El Cotillo on a fat e-bike designed for sandy terrain. Take a break in El Cotillo to photograph the surfer’s beach, then enjoy an hour at the lagoon—relax on the white beach, swim in calm blue water, or dine at the beachfront restaurant featuring local cuisine. Return to Corralejo along the north coast, passing notable beaches and surfing spots.
