Meet your instructor on the beach to start your wingfoil lesson. Begin by mastering wing handling basics. Depending on conditions, you will practice on an inflatable board with suitable fins or on an adapted skateboard.
Next, combine the foil and wing. Based on your ability, you can start on a specific board without foil or directly with the foil. Experience your first rides, flights, jibes, or tricks according to your skill level.
