Description
The tour begins in Pájara, a small oasis surrounded by barren mountains, where you can view its church with a distinctive Aztec-style façade. Next, visit Tiscamanita and stop at an aloe vera production plant to see how this product is created from local agave plants.
Continue to Betancuria to explore Casa Santa María, a traditional house showcasing the island's customs and history. Lunch is served en route with a selection of traditional dishes.
After lunch, the route passes the Mirador de los Guanches viewpoint towards the north, arriving in La Oliva where you can enjoy panoramic views of the House of the Colonels, the former residence of island authorities.
