Known for its crystal clear waters and rich marine biodiversity, Fuerteventura is one of Europe's top destinations for observing dolphins, whales, and other cetaceans in their natural habitat. Fuerteventura's privileged location in the Atlantic and its nutrient-rich waters create the perfect environment for a wide variety of cetaceans. From common dolphins to tropical pilot whales and fin whales, these excursions offer a unique opportunity to see these magnificent creatures up close. Unique biodiversity: The waters surrounding Fuerteventura are home to more than 25 species of cetaceans throughout the year. Protected Natural Environment: As part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, the island guarantees a sustainable and nature-friendly experience. Strategic Location: Corralejo, in the north of Fuerteventura, is the ideal starting point for exploring the ocean and spotting cetaceans. The excursion lasts 3-4 hours, starting at 9:00 a.m. every day at the Port of Corralejo. During the excursion, we will give a talk about the cetaceans that can be seen in our waters and their behavior. Snacks and drinks are provided.
