Description
Explore Fuerteventura’s volcanic landscape while learning about the island’s rich history and culture. The tour includes a guided walk with walking sticks and binoculars up a small volcano to its crater for sunset views over the northern island, including two astro-archaeological sites and views of Lanzarote.
After descending, the group returns to the van before nightfall to prepare for stargazing. Each participant receives a rug, blanket, and binoculars to enhance the experience. The certified starlight guide sets up the telescope and uses a laser pointer to identify celestial objects based on the time of year and moon phase. Possible sights include planets, the Milky Way, the Moon, shooting stars, and distant galaxies like Andromeda.

- Start time depends on sunset, with pick up from Corralejo about 1.5 hours before sunset. Exact pickup confirmed 24 hours before the tour.
- The path to the crater can be uneven; participants should be steady on their feet.
- It can be windy; bring a windbreaker, jacket, or pullover.
